If you dated someone and at the time you dated this person and you told them about a tattoo you wanted to get, but hadn't gotten it yet,and you break up, then over a year goes by before you see that person again and when you do see that person and they have the very tattoo you want but placed elsewhere on their body, is that grounds to be upset
