so... I have got the following bullshit to deal with:

• my bosses (i have two) appreciate my work, but do not understand the full contributions i am making to IT;
• one boss (the Boss Lady) wants me to post some "quick wins";
• the other boss (the Boss Man) has a better understanding of what i do, but when the fit hits the shan, defers to the Boss Lady.
