An astrologer friend of mine tells me we're coming out of a... let's see, what did she call it... Grand Cross, maybe? Not sure. Anyway, we're transitioning out of it, she says, and those experiencing hardships and anguish are coming out of the rut.
I don't know how I feel about astrology, but I must say that an inordinate amount of people I know have had a miserable time of this year, particularly the second half.
I hope she's right.
And I hope you have a wonderful year, this time and every time thereafter.

I hope so. I really do. I missed Carl so much that night. I had a wonderful night but......I wish so many things. I just don't know. I'll be fine. It's another year and another chance to make things right. xoxoxo

You need to find someone who is as romantic, honest and open as you are, and taht's pretty damn rare, especially in a community that is used to one night stands and temporary connections.
I'm just glad you didn't become hardened and cynical from your painful ordeal; glad that you stayed the sensitive, caring person that you are despite it all.
