I'm stuck on a train platform as good a time as any for an update. I've been in Melbourne for something like a month probably more, time has become an unfamiliar concept.
I developed shin splints but still ran the mothers day classic, changed to the 4km, ran it easy somewhere between 20-24mins - my timer tag didn't work. Now I'm gonna take a break
