Tanqueray & Tonic FTW!

Yes, I *am* spamming my f-list tonight. Heh.

Tanqueray and Tonic (with a generous squeeze of fresh tangy lime) is slowly erasing the memory of my bat!shit day at Satan's Factory. (Kudos to Luckie for referring to Home Goods in that way. I love it!) I mixed one for my hardworking sister, the RN. Sadly, at this point we have exhausted the small ( Read more... )

A guy who looks like Elliot on crack? Uh-oh...xD (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I'm sorry things are sucking so badly at work for you. I hope you find something better really soon. *hugs*

Yeah...he has more hair, but it's cut VERY short, and he has those gorgeous blue eyes (which are probably contact lense enhanced). He's a handsome fellow, but just reminds me of what El would be like on crack. XD

Things will improve at some point and I'll be able to land a new job. *hugs*

Elliot on crack? LOL! That would be funny if that happened on the show, "accidentally" of course.

What's sad is that the plainclothes security people at the Walmart where my sister works actually blend in so well that you can't spot them.

I would love to work at Starbucks! I wonder if their employees get free frappucino's?

Anyways, hang in there! Hope things get better soon.

John should lock Elliot in the maintenance closet and pipe in some crack smoke. LOL!

The loss prevention guys are supposed to blend in, but they don't -- which pisses me off, because when they don't blend in, they're not doing their job correctly. It's pitiful to watch them.

Starbucks employees do get free drinks, I've heard. I love the people at the Marketplace Starbucks, because they're so good to me. I can't afford to tip them and they're still the best people ever.

And you are so welcome for the Satan's Factory line. Used that for my second job. Brain numbing and now have a fear of answering the phone.

Elliot on crack...yeah, I can so see that.

Fuck them for talking about you while you were right there! That's just down right rude and immature. My bosses at my second job did the same thing, except embarrassing me while I was working (and on the phone!), and sure hell pissed me off to the point of almost walking out. This shy one sure hates having others piss her off, Luckie's got a dark side that no one wants to see.

Hang in there and good luck! I have fingers crossed for ya!

Thanks! I saw the operations manager at the local Ralph's today, while I was shopping. I asked if they were hiring and he said they weren't, so that saved me from wasting time filling out an application at their kiosk.

Someone will be hiring soon. I just know it.
