My conclusion, after almost six months on this job, is that a happy person is an almost mythological creature. I'm beloved by my supervisors for always being professional and polite and even sweet to the callers, but what the fuck does that matter except to management? Kindness and courtesy are completely lost on these self-absorbed, inconsiderate
