anti-homeless campaign kicks off next week, having trouble tracking down much info. gist of it is they're setting up re-purposed parking meters around the market, money put into these meters will be given to the above mentioned charities(after paying all the costs and promotions for this program of course)
good right?
except the promo campaign is basically slander and misinformation. saying don't give money to panhandlers, the charities provide them with everything they could need if not more, and everyone on the streets is a crack-head alcoholic.

So few are sincere, and most of them are just personalities and elected because of how well they appeal to everyone. One big grade school playground sized popularity contest!
