Well that is exactly how I got in, back in 1998. Submitted my resume on the website.
The hiring manager gets all submissions.

I'm no longer with them, but research division is pretty good.
Even now, as long as you properly manage your expectations.

In NY they are pretty desperate, the competition is tough.
All the hedge funds all googles amazons and facebooks want the same talent

well..back in '98 - the web submissions were actually looked at. :) now it's more along the lines of the old anecdote about losers.

my wife just submitted for a bunch of positions that match her 100%...not a peep. :)
