I was thinking about you recently. Hope all the "different" is different in a good direction.

I'm mostly on Dreamwidth now, to the extent I write at all, which is much less often now (and when it is, it's much more likely to be about current events/politics).

One of the things I'm about to write is to ask my virtual friends if anyone has any experience being on a board of a company or a charitable organization: what it's like and how does one get a position like that -- I mean the very first one, that can serve as a foundation to the "resume" of being on boards.
