We spent most of the day yesterday on Lake Dillon (Denver's mountain drinking water reservoir) putting around in a big pontoon boat. I love Lake Dillon. I've been up in the Breckenridge area during that Corvette rally before. As we were driving up, we kept getting passed by Corvette after Corvette. After about 20 or 30 in a row (heh--I'm kinda slow sometimes) I realized it was more than just a coincidence. :)

Dillon was nice but it can't hold a candle to a real beach and the ocean. I spent the first 18 years of my life about 15 miles from Cape Cod. We had our own beach and spent every summer weekend there. I miss the ocean a lot.

What keeps you in Denver? Have you thought about moving back to either the Cape or SD?

Husband and children who are happy here.

I don't think I'd ever move back to MA, but the west coast holds lots of attraction for me.

If our company ever takes off, DH will consider a CA coastal property.
