I'm always proud when my mom really likes something I made.
I baked some White Chocolate Oatmeal cookies today! If there was a secret ingredient can I say Evian?
And no, this was another one of those, I didn't measure really :) So no recipe.

White chocolate chips. I looked for my regular ones and couldn't find it for the life of me!!
