Thanks <3 I loved the people I'm working with, but the higher management got none from me :p I think I survived these 3 years being underpaid because the working environment is much better than some companies I know of. Choices, choices.

I need cloths. Lots of them XD My wardrobe consisted of T-shirts only and I'm not wearing those to Tokyo :p

Aw, it's a shame about your work. You're right, 3 years is definitely enough. If it's becoming that much of an issue then moving on is something to consider! Still, you've got the trip to look forward to for a little while yet, so that's something to keep you going! I know we're all going to have a great time! ^_^

I won't say too much (because this is your LJ after all ;p) but yeah, I'm going through a similar phase as you right now. *high five but not in a happy manner D:* Almost the same number of years as well. Money isn't everything of course but like you, I don't feel that it commensurate with the amount of work and effort I put in and the sleepless nights. /sigh I'd rather have a healthier life and not be like Brain!Dead most of the time. -_-

Changing workplace is not an easy feat. Have to take into consideration the starting over, the learning curve, the possible sucky peers etc, etc, etc. But, at a certain point of time (and pay), it needed to be done.
