I understand your decision, and I'm glad you'll put your work some place where it'll be accessible for those who love it, myself included.

I wish you good luck with your original work. Realizing a life-long dream is a gift not many get to have.

I've been keeping up with you on twitter, but it's nice to know where the fic will end up too (not that I don't have it saved already, byproduct of old times with not constant internet access).

Yes, I see your Buffy posts every so often! Social media is great, but it can give you a false sense of being in touch with someone... Glad to hear someone still cherishes my fanfic. ;)

I will friend you on FB, even though I am on a self-imposed hiatus over there... and Twitter, even though all I really do there is retweet other people. I'm sorry to see this chapter close! Maybe someday I'll be writing my own original stuff... or, hey, finishing Ionnath a decade after I started it... but meanwhile I'll live vicareiously through you!

Got your request and accepted! So glad to see you on there. :D I totally understand the hiatus. I wish I could do that myself, but author visibility, promotion, and all... It's still one of the best ways to get the word out. But now you can read my rants about pop culture. ;)

I am very sorry to see it close, as well, as I had no intentions of closing it until this new BS policy came about (and really could do without the bother). But of course it's come to this, here and elsewhere in the world. Just another disheartening aspect of current geopolitics.

I hope you will be writing original stuff someday! I will be the first in line to read it. BTW, big news soon about an imminent release. I think you will enjoy my new Victorian detective character. He bears a certain resemblance to a Mr. Sparrow...
