family ties
My dad promised me months ago, before I even left NH that he and the shebitch were going to come to orlando for their vacation this month. The vacation is next week and I have not heard a word form him since before I left. So I called him today to find out the flight info etc. They are not coming afterall. They have decided to go to the Adirondacks

At least when my mom gave me the old "we're not coming after all" for Christmas (and they haven't been to LA ever...) it was because they're low on funds due to having to help out my brother who can't seem to take care of himself -_-
