The Case of the Disappearing Felines by jamjar. Given his innocence and youth, as well as his energy, Bart is well-suited to genfic. "Felines" is one of my favorite fics in this fandom, period, and Jam writes a beautifully-characterized Bart, eager to help and quite hungry for friends. When he notices cats disappearing around Manchester, he calls in Superboy and Robin to tackle the case.
Who, Disguised As... by Louise Freeman Davis. *Old-school* gen, in which Bart celebrates Halloween by visiting No Man's Land. It unravels a bit by the end, but most of this story is a lot of fun.

Did I say Bart was good for gen? He is, but he's also fantastic in shipfic.

And Vampyre by girl_starfish is a delightful 19th-century vampire-hunting AU with crossdressing Bart, sweet Kon, and a dead-sexy Tim.
...there's another OT3 fic that I love - where Kon and Tim try to talk to Bart about his having a girlfriend in addition to them? - but I can't remember the title. *facepalm* AHA! Turning Circles 1 and 2 by girl_starfish is the one. Finally, A Wintry Glimmer by sageness is beautiful, but very, very sad.
Even when there isn't a ship (yet), Bart's great for subtext. 1001 Uses For A Cape by rubynye features a happily naked Bart, a Tim desperately trying to keep control of the situation, and a Kon who isn't helping matters.
And Sticky by sister_wolf is guh-worthy, as Kon uses the TTK to help Bart out of another sticky disaster.
Then again, Bart-porn can be absolutely sizzlingly hot. For some reason, the two fics that came immediately to mind in this regard are both sex-pollen. Things You Get Used To by thete1 is OT3 sexjinks at their freakiest, while Age of Innocence by derryderrydown and not_poetry is Bart/Wally and one of the most disturbing pieces of porn I've ever read.
Finally, there is As if it were yesterday by ficjubilee. This is the fic that helped me stop worrying and learn to love accept OYL. With lines like this - Dick had let his hand fall into Bart's hair while he remembered the kid he had been, and now he had a beautiful twenty-something guy staring into his face. - how could I resist?
