Right?? Haha. The effort was truly astounding and unforgettable. I had no idea he cared that much! Perhaps the bday fiasco truly hit him deeply. After I opened my gift on Wednesday, he said: "you still need to pick out something for your birthday!" So he must have felt quite guilty. I suppose I'll allow it. ;D

Walter is about 40 pounds now, but has retained his boyish charm. No adult-face yet!
