i'm so glad portland was good to you! i love that city so much and my husband and i have both agreed that if ever we were to move to an american city, portland would be it. i just love how it accomodates everyone and despite how it's known to be a hipster town it's unpretentious. plus, all the tattoos and the distelleries and brewpubs and and and!
you and mike look good together, like you FIT! in a way that i've never seen you fit with your past boyfriends. i am SO happy for you!
lastly, congrats on the great grades, the job you passed up, and the prospect of a new one coming soon. you deserve all of this happiness and goodness!!!

Living situation is going real well! Really not much to complain about. I'm so busy with work and school and Mike that I only am there to sleep, if I'm even there at all. The girls are quiet and considerate. One is a good friend of mine, so it works. Sincerely the best roommate experience thus far (excluding boyfriends).
