I love to cook  and I'm spending New Years by myself probably...

so for New Years I'm making:
Roasted Sweet Potatoes With Rosemary and Orange
Homemade Macaroni and Cheese with Warm Tomato Salsa

and Cocoa Berry Yogurt Mousse!

Happy New Year to me. Yum!

I think this is the most excited I've been in a while.

PS I found Rotel in Allston at the Super Stop
