Content: Running into Gambit after he saved her.
It'd been a few weeks since that incident, something that Rogue was glad to get behind her. Nothing all that big was on the horizon. It seemed relatively calm, save for the ongoing political mess. But there was always a political mess. That wasn't anything new.
This particular day, she decided to venture into the city. She wanted just a day out. There was some shopping done, but nothing major. Rogue mainly just wanted to be out wandering. Some time after lunch, she came to a cafe just to grab a coffee for a break. She was going to meet some of the X-Men later for a meeting. But right now, it was nice to have things relatively mundane.
