The woman has been his actual wife all these years! He thought he was dating "Butler" and that she was the hired help.

Well, I'm not in any way from the UK so I'm not sure how well-known it is. But the two dudes in this sketch are roommates in a show I watched forever ago called Peep Show (which isn't what it sounds like). It's very funny, but very high on second-hand embarrassment. Anyway, a bunch of Irish guys told me that if I liked Peep Show, I should watch That Mitchell & Webb Look, which is a sketch comedy show made up entirely of short sketches like the one above.

I haven't watched all of them, but they are great. Some other favorites of mine are: this one and this one, but there are a huge number of them now.
