So the 'point' of my bike ride was to go to the PO and get some stamps... it was supposed to be 6 miles round trip. Shore road is much more punishing than I thought... so at Ft Williams I stopped for about 3 minutes, stretched again, and got on my bike and hoofed it. I looooove green peppers. I eat them in a lot of stuff. I take potassium vitamins occasionally during the week, along with fish oil and calcium. I just added glocosamine(?) to the regimen.
