Ok, about a month and a half ago, I applied for a promotion (Manufacturing Engineer). The middle of last week, I received an offer letter, though it wasn't quite as much money as I had hoped. I told them so, and they met me half way. So now I a)have a job that'll look better on a resume b) Make a lot more money, and c) Now that I am a salaried
