I think some things are really bizarre in that list, yeah. Like WHY DID YOU PUT THAT IN and WHY DIDN'T YOU PUT THAT ONE IN.

Lord of the Rings
Great Gatsby
Catcher in the Rye
To Kill a Mocking Bird
Charlotte's Web
Hamlet (I LOVE Shakespeare)
Lord of the Flies
A Christmas Carol
The Bible (back when I was a Catholic)
Chronicles of Narnia (favorite book)
Alice in Wonderland
Winnie the Pooh...

I'm kinda pissed they don't have Flowers for Algernon on this list or Antigone.

I'm SO calling B.S on that list. Oh, I forgot to mention Tales of Two Cities too.

I'm shocked the Canterbury Tales aren't on there or more Shakespearean works. To be honest, I read TONS of Shakespeare in Middle School and High School, and even on my leisure I still read his works.

I'm really floored that Good Omens is no where to be seen considering how many people LOVE that book.

They put up the god damn Wuthering Heights, but not Good Omens, Canterbury Tales or more my damn Flowers for Algernon?

Yeah I noticed that doubling up too and kinda boggled at it. I'm disappointed they don't have anything by Homer too. I've read both the Iliad and the Odyssey. Heck, Aeneid too... read that one in the original Latin.

There's a lot missing on that list that should be there. Maybe they were trying to make sure people fell under that only read six books BS.

Jeff thinks the person who compiled the list just put down 100 books they had read so they'd feel better about themselves for having read them all. XD

...I'm starting to agree with Jeff.

I mean really, I read the Iliad and the Odyssey and ended up writing a 20 page paper on the heroic archetype. I love those books.
