Only 5 days late   >_>   *herpderp*

soooo............ work's been slow..... but that's normal for this time of year. On New Years day I went to a party with one of my co-managers, who I've befriended in a friendly way, and it was good. Not too awkward for not knowing anybody besides my friend. They do this 'wacky tacky gift exchange' (which  ( Read more... )

Some people, seriously.

And not gonna lie, I would have been happy with a crockpot cookbook lmao.

I can't stand people the just hand their kids everything... hopefully you can still try and teach the sister as much as possible without her brother getting in the way. And laptops, really? Most kids in elementary school can't even take care of their toys, let alone a laptop. Maybe if they do manage to ruin them by summer it will knock some sense into their mom? D:

yeah I know :/ people are annoying... yeah, it was funny how so many people were all hot for the crockpot cookbook *nudge nudge* get it? HOT -- crockpots get cook stuff?!?! *is shot*

THIS. THIS SO MUCH. the kids did have to save up some money, but it was all money given to them as gifts for their birthday and christmas and then my aunt's dad covered the rest, but yeah, they destroy EVERYTHING. the older one has been through like 10 pairs of glasses and the boy has been through more electronics than I've had IN MY LIFE... I doubt my aunt will learn her lesson: when her son's DS was on it's last legs she said she wouldn't get him a new one... and what did he get for his birthday after one of the hinges broke?? A new DS. X_x

LOL I so love bad jokes like that. I've got one friend I exchange them with because I am the only one that laughs. :'D

10 pairs?!!? I've had glasses for 12 years and I haven't gone through that many!!! Ugh, my DS has a broken hinge, but I deal with it... as long as it plays games I'm all good. But I've had mine since it came out. :| I don't understand how kids are so rough with expensive things... when I had a gameboy when I was a kid I treated that thing like gold. :| But I guess it's different when you know you'll get another one. =u=

Happy New Year!! :D

Well... I don't like it too much this type of parties, where people do gifts exchange... :/
I think that I would choose something like the one you bought, too! :D

I'm with you about the kids... they have everything and also they're demanding more and more! :(
I can see it with my cousins too... grrr! :(
And their parents keep buying them all they want! :(
