So here is my totally suave way to get a guy to ask you out (especially when he has really made the first move). You should definitely go down there (make up a reason if you have to) and just be like "so what are you doing this weekend?" and either A) act interested in whatever activity he says he is doing and hope he takes the hint or B) mention some bar/restaurant/show or whatever DCers do when they disconnect from their blackberries and just nonchalantly be like "you should come with me to check it out sometime". Then he will hopefully be like "How about tomorrow?"

That's my advice. And you know how I get all the guys :)
