I know exactly how you feel, and I don't think you should feel bad. I've done the same thing before and worried people thought I was just wanting to skip work too. If you feel bad you aren't going to be very productive anyway, so the best way to make it better is to stay home. Don't worry!...just feel better! :) ...and watch a good movie for me!
I feel for you in every sense of the word. When it comes to menstruation, NEVER feel bad/guilty because there's nothing you can do about the way you feel. You did the best thing [going home], and hopefully you are resting and feeling better. Quick tips: 1) Hydrogen peroxide removes blood from clothing [costs next to nothing] 2) Liquid Advils cure cramps/some bloating within moments [no waiting around] 3) hot tea soothes and relieves cramping
I remember the first time i had a horrible period, i felt the grossest ever...and it was so strange to me because it had never been bad before. I don't think you should feel bad, just think...You're really doing your co-workers a favor because no one enjoys being around a miserable period-having girl. Feeling better is most important, after all.
Doesnt it STINK when girl-time comes on an important/eventful week? I had mine last time i went to the beach, and it looks like i'll have it again next week. Stupid girl-time messing up my trips to the beach!
