It's raining again. My bones are aching. Looks like I won't be doing any gardening today. I'll probably end up visiting Sul and playing some chess with him again. Not much else to do for us old-timers on a rainy day.

Can you feel me again? I couldn't get through, wasn't thinking clearly enough. Missed you. They told me I'll be out in a few days if I don't freak out again....

Yes, I can feel you, my dear. The old bones are acting up again, so it's hard to concentrate. And I'm glad to hear you're getting out again so soon. I'll come meet you at the door, when you're discharged. It's been too long since I've visited.

Eva, I don't want to argue about this again. It wasn't his fault. I was just careless ... and I payed the price for my mistaken.

Hah, of course. I'll shave and comb my hair, press my pants and shine my shoes. Maybe, in a few more decades, I'll have regained enough strength were I won't have to rely on illusions and projections anymore.

If you have to blame someone, blame Canaletto. He's the one who did this to me. Damn him, and my recklessness ...
