After this morning I have had not one single hunger pang - not one. I've had a fabulous day and I played tennis for an hour, got sunburnt and sat and wrote 6 1000 word ethics essays in 3 1/2 hours for my exam - I was able to answer every single question and I think I did really well. I woke up this morning feeling like utter shit and shaking so much I couldn't type, so I let myself temporarily off the fast and had 100g of broccoli (26 cals) and 100ml of grapefruit juice (42 cals) which is 68 cals. After that hitch earlier today - things were not going so well at all. I was striggling against cravings and almost gave in. But then, from nowhere, I got this kind of euphoria - and I knew that I really could do this. That I will be thin and beautiful, and I will not eat.

This is the first day of the rest of my life.

Guess who just HAD to go eat a pot of pasta today. From the fucking canteen. Thats right, fucking muggins here. I bet that was about 200 calories, right there in that pasta. I will be 120 pounds by glastonbury. Thats 17 pounds I have to lose, so I went on a liquid fast - longest I've ever done is 3 days - whereas this will be 14 days. I think I can do it.
