I need new neighbors!

So the apartment next to me (attached, it's a shotgun duplex) suffered significant damage during Gustav and my neighbors (who were totally awesome) moved out and are not coming back. They are completely renovating the place - new floors, ceiling, frig, etc. and it will be ready in about 2 weeks. The landlord is not sure how much she will rent it
