I have started out on a running program to build my stamina and it's possibly something I can do. It starts out with a lot of walking and builds to where you run more. I love exercising in the late afternoon, because I always get that feeling of more energy afterward - it clears out my brain and gets my blood circulating. You'll probably sleep well tonight, too. :)

What's the title of the book?
