Kay, so Kitty and I got into an argument about Pokemon. And she goes all spastic and irrational and shit, and then ends up calling me a bitch.

Iono whether to laugh, or facepalm. She acts incredibly childish, and gets pissy when you have an opinion she doesn't like.
Kay, so the conversation started with her telling me about a Pokemon she just hatched from an egg on this website thingy. And I'm going to copypaste the conversation, because I'm not summarizing because I'm lazy.

I texted her, because she logged off in the middle of the conversation, and asked her "what are you, five?" To which she responded "Maybe I am! Gosh, don't you know to leave someone alone then they're angry?!"
And I will remind you, for emphasis, that she's angry about POKEMON.
I replied to her "Maybe I'm irritated that you logged off so you could have the last word. But whatever, we can talk when you're less spastic and butthurt." Her answer: "We can talk when you're not an annoying bitch!"
I don't know why I'm surprised, because she's acted the exact same way before. If I have an opinion she doesn't like, she goes apeshit and then logs off. If I don't like what she likes, she goes apeshit and logs off. Yeah, freedom of speech unless your opinion disagrees with Kitty's gaiz, don't forget~! Last time, I sent her an apology via text message because I felt mildly bad for letting the argument progress instead of just ending it. This time, I'm not apologizing for being called a bitch :/ I suppose I expected better of her than to resort to name-calling. I dunno why I expected better, because she's incredibly irrational and childish.
I tell Jeremy what happened, and he agrees that the things she said were uneccessary, and that she's somewhat crazy. But then he tries to say that it's partly my fault or that I provoked her. Not his exact words, but paraphrased. He tells me that I "do stuff like that" pretty often. I asked him what it was that I did, and he informs me that I have a tendency to attack people who have opinions different than mine. Which is simply not the case. I present my opinion and say why I think that it's right, I don't go batshit when people disagree with me. He told me that the way she reacted with Pokemon is the same way I reacted when we had a discussion about how he believes furries shouldn't exist, and I told him that it was unfair to judge an entire group of people and say that they shouldn't exist based on his own personal beliefs. During this discussion, I didn't attack him and call him a bitch. I listened to his opinion and tried to understand his viewpoints, while asserting my own views and why I believe that his aren't very fair.
Moral of the story: Pokemon. Serious fuckin business
