If someone younger than 18 and an 18 year old or older do the nasty then the 18 year old or older can go to jail for statutory rape. But if you're 18 years old or older and so is your partner then it don't matter. Thus being 16 and 2 years away frm 18, you are nearly not jailbait. That's what older males call younger females (usually) because they know that they can go to jail.
