Hi!
Have tried to set up this damn WiFi thing on MacBook using ndiswrapper and the dw101 and dw102 drivers under openSuSE,
The result:
ndiswrapper (pnp_start_device:426): Windows driver couldn't initialize the device

Perhaps your "net5416.tar.bz2" could help, cause I do not own any Windows machines to extract the driver.
