I left work yesterday after one of my visits and got home around 2:30pm.  I took a couple hours of sick time cause I was feeling so shitty.  I layed down with Isabelle after having some tea, and some time during our nap Costa came home and crawled into bed with me.  We napped together till my alarm went off for the gym around 5pm.  When we woke up

I completely feel you. I wish I had the will power you have. I'm so depressed that dieting isn't working for me, either. I was doing okay, but I believe I draw my happiness from food, so I can't live without some of it.
