Lov - you might have a BAD manager - but damit you KNOW you are a talented and competent worker!!!
Be angry - but don't be critical of yourself - that leads down the garden path to all sorts of negativity, none of which apply to you!!

Please try to remember that it isn't you - you CAN do the job and you CAN do the job well. How can you possibly do it however when they are stomping all over you, preventing you from doing it?

THIS IS NOT YOU - IT'S THEM.

Please try really hard to understand that you are talented and able. You are just in a bad situation. I completely understand how you feel, but don't let them win.

Do you have an ombudsman? Or someone you can talk to about the harassment - she really isn't allowed to do this to you. Make sure you write down every time she does this so that you have a concrete record.
