I think she meant a game set in that universe, not using those characters.

Well, that would be the Marvel Universe, and to get ahead of that game, I grabbed the Marvel Super Heroes RPG torrent today, over a GB of stuff! Heck, one fan-compiled roster book boasts over 1000 pages! On the down side, I tried comparing MSHRPG and MHR versions of a couple of villains, and all the torrent will be good for is some plot ideas and a rough idea of character powers and skills.

For whatever reason, Marvel-based games seem to paint in broad strokes.
