I was just going to call/email you to see if my "Satisfaction Team" had helped, when I received an email from them that they had contacted you and the situation was now resolved. (no details)

Well, yes, it was resolved, after a fashion.

Ultimately, our small, indie ISP Webhoster gave us what we really wanted, which was unlimited file size; in other words, we don't ever have to worry about it now ( ... )
