Technological Decay in One Week

• Vista box at work can't talk to any printers.
  
• HP printer won't print black, even though its ink cartridge is full.
  
• XP box has an endlessly-installing update.
  
• Linksys router needs to be power-cycled daily.
  
• Flash card reader lost an entire day's worth of photos
  
• MSJVM can't be installed OR uninstalled on some Vista machines. Windows 7 won't install
