I could also see this being integrated into a new 'safe teabagging' strategy. Crouching over the corpse of your target in the middle of a firefight is just begging to join him in death, but you can now return to the scene of your triumph at a safer, later point in time, secure in the knowledge that his humiliation will be retroactive.
