Being in the fortunate possession of a few lovely days of sunshine and no work, I decided to head to the British Museum and experiment a bit more with high dynamic range imaging (a.k.a. HDR).
These are splendid - I especially like the green cat and the one with the gold statue - it looks as if the visitors reading the plaque are bowing in homage...

None of your photos scream HDR, so I'd say they're successful. I'd love to see a mid-range flat image in comparison. Also, what range did you use for HDR?
