You know, the more I think about this, the more I think that maybe I was wrong for transferring away from Verizon. A ride home from the job is not too much to ask from God, who got me the job itself in the first place.
But no, I had to take the "Ishmael Solution". I had to be sure before I showed up for work that the necessary arrangements had been made. Who knows but maybe God wanted to slip me quietly into somebody's life or something.
I used to be that way, getting up @ 4:30AM.. 10 years ago. =:oP
I hope your "internal chronometer" isn't like Lt. Cmdr. Data's - accurate to the microsecond or something. =xoD
In any case, it sounds like a good "present" - and since Christmas tends to suck for you (or so say you and your LJ posts), it's something to make it a bit happier. =:o)
