I've had precognitive dreams before.. although they were about absolutely absurd and useless events happening months later. So, the argument could be made that your dream was precognitive.

On the other hand, the argument could be made that this was a "textbook" dream, from a psychoanalytical point of view - a type that is well-documented and pretty common.

Take your pick; the pick will most likely be influenced by whether you believe in destiny/predestination/a master plan/a "Master-Built Machine" or whatever. =:o)

People in general have been having some very odd dreams lately, but that's the first one I've heard about that's had a message quite that direct!
