Oh, well, there's still the story I started last year, the one I started this year, and all the other stuff I am working on. Hopefully the one I just submitted will take - though tomorrow I can submit it to another publication (who knows, maybe they'll take it). (^-^)
Funny, though, how opposite they are: the first would ONLY take physical manuscripts, via snail-mail (yay, mom's retirement money from the post office!); and the second will ONLY take the text submitted inside the text of an email.
And of course, both have all sorts of particular requirements, so no time or effort is saved in submitting to two different publications. Figures. *snort*
Ah, well, such is life, eh? ;)
And it'd be really, really cool to be paid in money for somebody publishing something of mine, rather than in copies of the article.

I've started the NaNoFiMo work...and have another 1,450 words, just from finishing the attack scene I was working on.
I'm looking forward to finishing the story...no matter what my total word count ends up, as long as its over a base of 50k.
