Well, I haven't written in this in so long. I've been just going thrugh some pleasant days. No emergencies (except payiing some bills). Not many responsibilities in the day to day routine. Not overburdened. I go for walks, to the gym, work on music, eat well, watch the Universal Monsters collection of DVDs I bought. I love that stuff ( Read more... )

I never realised this before tonight. I think I knew it but never realised. When I get home form gigs, I fell very alone. Still fighting this cold, but am mobile.
working on music today. I will never be ready for Christmas so I don't try anymore. Then go nuts on the 23rd. Kids aren't here till after the 25th so not a big deal really.
This way I only sterss for 2 days instead of weeks

I played 2 christams parties this week. Both were very nice affairs. Tonihgt they invited me to eat diiner so I stayed and ate. It was kind of nice to listen to the couples at the table talking and enjoying themselves. As an entertainer, my opportunities to do that are limited. Day after Thanksgiving. Didn't play too well at the company golf tourney, but learned that once I have no chance whatsoever, I enjoy myself more. Golf teaches me all the lessons I need to know about life.
