2-4 inches my ass...

In the two years I've been here, I don't think that the local NPR station has ever given an accurate weather forecast. Got a foot of snow for Christmas eve. Luckily it was the light fluffy snow and quite easy to shovel. And it made for a very attractive Christmas day.

Snowed yesterday. Big fat wet nasty snow. About two inches. More to come today, just in time for Christmas shopping.

At least it wasn't enough snow to stop Dad's plane from arriving.

Been too busy to post. After it looking like Mom's giant annual Christmas party was going to have bare ground for the first time in years, on Sunday we had some decent snow. Forgot to update yesterday. Got about half an inch.

It's been snowing on and off today, inbetween bouts of raining.

This morning they were predicting about two inches for tonight, but all I'm seeing on the radar now is green. We'll see how it goes.

They predicted two inches of snow today, followed by freezing rain and nastyness.

There were flakes in the air, but not even a dusting on the ground. But there was snow.

With the first significant snowfall of the season, it's time to finally start my SnowJournal.

It snowed last night. Just about an inch. I had to get up at the crack of dawn to drive my mother to the airport, so it was a little inconvenient.

I'm an uncle! Yay! All of the fun of having kids, without all the mess!

Everyone is happy and healthy, and Gus was 10 pounds when he came out. Big baby.

Just applied for time off from work in March to go home for a few days. Wheeeeee!

Looks like I'll be there from the 17th to the 21st. Can't wait to see folks.

I hope this coincides with Andy's game...
