Better living through body chemistry and knowing thyself

Firstly, YAY you! You've seemingly gotten everything sorted, and are, unsurprisingly, kicking ass at it. I'm so, so very glad we hired you billions of years ago just so I could get to know you.

Oh, and, uh... We subvocalize a lot, and tamp a lot of things down mentally, in answer to your question.

That's awesome! Sounds like you've found a good combination of nutrition and supplements and drugs.

I always wonder, at almost 42 (holy shit, I said that out loud) what my body is missing... ie; your testosterone discovery. I totally think mine has depleted over the years... But no one would probably look into something like that for me, just because.

Keep us posted. Would love to read the progress and discoveries.

I never would have thought to check for it myself, but I also discovered my thyroid was a little out of whack, had some problems metabolizing foliate, etc. Maybe one of those was my limiting factor instead? hard to say.

Thyroid was what (we think) caused my mom's miscarriages prior to me. I have high hopes that staying on top of that will work for you like it worked for her.

I'm a week started back onto an exercise program for the first time in 3+ years. My 3 month "stuck with it" reward will be a Genesolve appointment. It sounds awesome!

Only caveat is figuring out where I can pay for it with FSA dollars, but assuming that's go, then I'm down!
