I just found out today that I'll be teaching the 6th grade at the charter school. Yay! This means more money, my own classroom, great students/staff, and a sweet curriculum. I do have to get my license within the year through ARL (Alternate Route to Licensure), but I am able to teach while I'm fulfilling requirements through ARL. I'm also going to ( Read more... )

Haha! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. All the teachers get new laptops too! Woo hoo! It will be nice to use the laptop for wireless internet access, typing up lesson plans and tests, researching, etc. It's very funny and strange how life flows... Food for thought.

Thanks, Ben! It kicks ass alright. I haven't seen you in like FOREVER. I'm not a big phone person, but we should definitely IM. I'll make it out to the club...maybe this weekend or next. :) Hope everything is going swell with work and sweet Detta.
