So last weekend Aerlie and I made some butter, but we had a hell of a time separating the butter milk from the butter. So we didn't quite end up with butter, but really really thick whipped cream. I figured it was because the food processor I was using was too powerful (or the blade was too sharp) and it was reliquifying the liquids and solids. ( Read more... )
