today while on a quite lengthy phone call i heard a strange
noise, not an odd occurence, but as i turn around to look over
my shoulder... what do a see???

a pigeon.

it flew in my window and landed on the computer room floor.

maybe we can put it to work catching mice now too

the one that always got me was the "small animal" [of unknown origin] in the drop ceiling of the office. a pigeon is no good. how did you get it out? or did you?

about ten years ago we had a couple of birds in our house. it was crazy and quite reminiscent of the alfred hitchcock movie. i think they came from the attic. my dad was always running after them, but one time one attacked me on my way down to the basement.
