Hey, wait, hold on, okay. UM. Question!

When one disappears from the boat it's terribly and horrendously disappointing, and not in the least bit easy, especially if that specific someone or someones was important to you in some way, shape or form. I find a cup of hot tea in my belly does some wonders for the soul in such a situation.

I suppose one could say I've a bit of experience in the disappearance department, it's quite frustrating to find that your Hatter has up and left you, though it's just as well I would think, considering he's right back where he ought to be in Underland. I'm quite sure I'll see him again someday, there's no doubt about that.

Oh, your Hatter left.

[Hanna has no idea who this woman is or who her Hatter might be, but he somehow finds that he is very able to sympathize.]

I like the way you think, though! That's the best way to think about it. I'll see Conrad again, too, I'm sure.

He did indeed, it was a rather unfortunate discovery on my part, I'd had everything all set up for tea, but when I'd tapped on his room, it was empty.

[Devastating is the right word, she thinks.]

Oh, I've little doubt you'll see him again, I'm quite certain he's probably just found himself in another rabbit hole.
